Toninho Horta is considered to be one of the great musical talents of Brazil. This particular project "Durango Kid," captures this master as he has never been captured before, alone. As a vocalist, guitarist and composer, he lays down interpretations of many of his most popular songs in a most intimate setting. Throughout most of this project all you'll be hearing is his voice and one nylon string acoustic guitar. At times you'll think you're hearing a harp, a piano, an upright bass. Don't be fooled, it's one guitar, and it's the Durango Kid. "Durango Kid" is a tune Toninho composed many years ago, which has also become the title of this critically acclaimed project.
